- 4 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top shell of each lobster tail using kitchen shears and gently lift the meat above the shell.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then pour sauce over lobster tails.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
