- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth. Stir in cocoa powder and flour until just blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce until smooth. Pour over the cooled brownie base.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth and pour over the caramel layer.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares.
