- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a doughnut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, mix maple syrup, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture while stirring gently until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the greased doughnut pan about halfway full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack.
- For the glaze, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until smooth. Dip cooled doughnuts into the glaze.
