- 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillet on one side of the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and generously sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- On the other side of the baking sheet, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the broccoli is tender yet crisp.
- Serve warm with additional lemon juice if desired.
