- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 3 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare two round baking pans with parchment paper and nonstick spray.
- Divide pizza dough into three equal portions and roll each into circles to fit the pans.
- Spread marinara sauce on each dough circle, layer with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, adding optional toppings if desired.
- Bake each layer for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Once cool, stack layers with additional sauce and cheese between them.
- Return the stacked cake to the oven for an extra 5-7 minutes until heated through.
