Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
- Core and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces. Rinse blueberries if using fresh.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the apple and blueberry mixture, tossing to coat.
- Fold in the dry oat mixture until well combined, then transfer to the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top. Allow cooling before cutting into squares.
