Instructions
- Rinse brown rice under cold water until clear, then cook according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and chopped chicken; season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in broccoli florets and sauté for about 5 minutes until bright green yet crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce; stir well to coat all ingredients and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over brown rice.
