  • 1 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Boil or steam chicken until cooked through (about 10-15 minutes). Let it cool, then shred into small pieces.
  3. Steam broccoli until tender (approximately 5 minutes) and chop finely.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, flour, egg, and enough water to form a dough.
  5. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick; use cookie cutters to cut into desired shapes.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow treats to cool completely before serving.
