Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla or strawberry cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup white chocolate melts
- 1/4 cup colored sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease silicone Easter egg molds with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth.
- Pour batter into the egg molds until two-thirds full. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; let cool.
- Once cooled, slice off uneven tops, fill one half with strawberries and whipped cream, then cap with another half.
- Melt white chocolate and dip each assembled egg bomb; sprinkle with colored decorations while still wet.
- Arrange on a platter and serve!
