  • 1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla or strawberry cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup white chocolate melts
  • 1/4 cup colored sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease silicone Easter egg molds with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the egg molds until two-thirds full. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; let cool.
  4. Once cooled, slice off uneven tops, fill one half with strawberries and whipped cream, then cap with another half.
  5. Melt white chocolate and dip each assembled egg bomb; sprinkle with colored decorations while still wet.
  6. Arrange on a platter and serve!
