Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt chocolate chips over low heat or in the microwave until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, and return to parchment paper.
  7. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with toppings if desired.
  8. Chill again for at least one hour before serving.
