- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Optional: Sprinkles or crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips over low heat or in the microwave until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, and return to parchment paper.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with toppings if desired.
- Chill again for at least one hour before serving.
