Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, melted butter, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Divide half of the batter into another bowl and mix in cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
- Spoon alternating dollops of each batter into the prepared bundt pan and gently swirl with a knife for marbling.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before transferring to a wire rack.
