- 1 lb fresh button mushrooms
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim tough stems.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour mixed with garlic powder, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each mushroom in flour, then egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Fry mushrooms in batches for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and prepare ranch dip by mixing sour cream, dill weed, onion powder, and salt to taste.
- Serve warm alongside the ranch dip.
