Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine sliced pears with grated ginger, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and cinnamon. Toss until evenly coated.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, and softened butter until crumbly.
- Spread the pear mixture in the baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
