- 6 large Swiss chard leaves

Instructions
- Prepare the Chard: Wash and blanch Swiss chard leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Dough: In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Adjust with more flour if too sticky.
- Create the Filling: In another bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, cooked meat (if using), chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Dumplings: Place about one tablespoon of filling at the base of each chard leaf and roll tightly.
- Cook: Place dumplings seam-side down in simmering water for 15-20 minutes or until they float.
- Serve: Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter before serving.
