Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Slice the tomatoes in half horizontally.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the tomato halves cut-side down on the grill and close the lid. Grill for 5-7 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Flip each tomato half and grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
