Prepare the Artichokes

- In a blender, combine soaked cashews, garlic, tarragon, mandarin juice, and water.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting water for desired consistency.
Serve
- Plate the braised artichokes and drizzle with cashew aioli.
- Garnish with additional tarragon if desired.
