  • 1 can white beans drained and rinsed
  • 4 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced garlic.
  3. Sauté garlic until golden brown, then add red pepper flakes.
  4. Add drained white beans and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  5. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the bean and garlic mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
