Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed seedless
  • 1/4 cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and lime juice to the blender and blend until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  4. Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.
