Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon seedless, cubed
  • 1/4 cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

  1. Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
  2. Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
  3. Stir in sugar and lime juice until dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
  5. Every 30 minutes, scrape the mixture with a fork to create a fluffy texture.
  6. Once fully frozen, serve in bowls or cups.
