Watermelon Cake Pops
  • 1 large watermelon seedless
  • 1 cup white chocolate melted
  • 1 cup sprinkles
  • 4 pieces skewers

Method
 

Prepare Watermelon
  1. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized balls using a melon baller.
  2. Place the watermelon balls on a baking sheet.
Assemble Cake Pops
  1. Insert skewers into each watermelon ball.
  2. Dip each watermelon ball into the melted white chocolate and then roll in sprinkles.
  3. Place back on the baking sheet to set.
