Mocktail Base
  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or agave syrup optional for sweetness
  • 2 cups Sparkling water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
  2. Strain the watermelon puree into a pitcher.
  3. Add basil leaves, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup to the pitcher and stir well.
  4. Top with sparkling water and serve over ice.
