  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cookie butter, coconut milk, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.
