Ingredients
  

Meatballs
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
Couscous
  • 1 cup Couscous
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped

Method
 

Prepare Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
Prepare Couscous
  1. In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Stir in couscous and olive oil, cover, and remove from heat.
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork and stir in parsley.
Serve
  1. Serve meatballs over couscous and enjoy!
