Ingredients
  

Tuna
  • 1 lb fresh tuna steak sushi grade
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks green onions sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Sear the tuna steak in a hot pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
  2. Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute.
  3. Slice the tuna thinly against the grain.
  4. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
  5. Serve the sliced tuna with the sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
