Preparation
- Sear the tuna steak in a hot pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute.
- Slice the tuna thinly against the grain.
- Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
- Serve the sliced tuna with the sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
