  • 1 pound squid cleaned and sliced
Spices and Herbs
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes adjust to taste
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup onion sliced

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the squid and cook for 2-3 minutes until opaque.
  4. Stir in the bell pepper and onion, cooking until tender.
  5. Add fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes, stirring well.
  6. Cook for another minute, then serve hot.
