Ingredients
  

Lamb
  • 1 kg lamb shoulder cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
Salad
  • 2 medium avocados diced
  • 5 radishes radishes sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice for dressing
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Lamb
  1. Marinate the lamb chunks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill and cook the lamb for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked to your liking.
Make the Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, sliced radishes, halved cherry tomatoes, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Toss gently to combine and season with salt to taste.
Serve
  1. Serve the grilled lamb alongside the avocado and radish salad.
