Fruits
  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups kiwi peeled and diced
  • 2 cups melon diced
Herbed Pistachio Crumble
  • 1 cup pistachios chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs such as mint or basil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Prepare the Fruit Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and melon.
Make the Crumble
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped pistachios, fresh herbs, honey, and olive oil until well combined.
