Ingredients
  

Stuffing
  • 4 large Tomatoes hollowed out
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Ground meat optional
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Herbs mixed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Hollow out the tomatoes and set aside the insides.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, ground meat, cheese, olive oil, garlic, and herbs.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the hollowed tomatoes.
  5. Place the stuffed tomatoes in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
