Ingredients
  

Noodles
  • 8 oz wide rice noodles or any preferred noodles
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli cut into florets
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
Protein
  • 1 cup chicken sliced
  • 1 cup shrimp peeled and deveined
Herbs and Spices
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Thai basil for garnish
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes to taste

Method
 

Cooking Noodles
  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Stir-frying
  1. In a wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  2. Add chicken and shrimp, stir-fry until cooked through.
  3. Add vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add cooked noodles and sauce, tossing everything together until well combined.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with Thai basil and red chili flakes.
