Cooking Instructions

  2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir gently until scrambled.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with feta cheese before serving.
