Method
- Trim the stems of the artichokes and remove the tough outer leaves.
- Place the artichokes in a steamer basket over boiling water.
- Cover and steam for about 30 minutes, or until the leaves can be easily pulled off.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce of your choice.
