  • 4 pieces artichokes fresh

Method
 

  1. Trim the stems of the artichokes and remove the tough outer leaves.
  2. Place the artichokes in a steamer basket over boiling water.
  3. Cover and steam for about 30 minutes, or until the leaves can be easily pulled off.
  4. Serve warm with dipping sauce of your choice.
