Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 pound squid cleaned and sliced
Tofu
  • 1 block firm tofu pressed and cubed
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

Prepare Ingredients
  1. Slice the squid and vegetables, and cube the tofu.
Cook Tofu
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu until golden brown.
Stir Fry
  1. In a wok, stir fry the garlic, onion, and bell pepper until tender.
  2. Add the squid and cook until opaque.
  3. Stir in the sauce and cooked tofu, mixing well.
Serve
  1. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
