Cooking Collard Greens
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the smoked meat and water to the pot. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the collard greens, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for about 60 minutes until greens are tender.
