Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and flour.
- Mix until well combined and form a dough.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop dough onto the sheet.
- Flatten the dough slightly and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until the marshmallows are slightly toasted.
- Allow to cool before serving.
