Frosting Base
  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 4 cups Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Milk or cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cherry puree fresh or canned

Method
 

Prepare the frosting
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Add the milk and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until smooth.
  4. Fold in the cherry puree until fully incorporated.
Frost the cake
