  • 200 grams Sausage cut into slices
  • 200 grams Chorizo cut into slices

  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Bell peppers diced
  • 2 medium Carrots sliced
Liquids
  • 400 ml Chicken broth
  • 200 grams Tomatoes diced
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the sausage and chorizo, cooking until browned.
  3. Stir in the bell peppers and carrots, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes, then add the spices.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
