  • 1 medium avocado diced
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sardines, diced avocado, mixed greens, and chopped tomato.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  4. Serve immediately.
