Ingredients
  

Squid
  • 500 grams cleaned squid cut into rings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour for coating
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • oil for frying enough to cover the bottom of the pan

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge the squid rings in the flour mixture until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Fry the squid rings in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
