Ingredients
  

Rice Ingredients
  • 1 cup Basmati Rice Rinsed
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 pinch Saffron Threads Soaked in warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the rinsed basmati rice and stir for a couple of minutes.
  3. Pour in the water and add the saffron along with its soaking water.
  4. Season with salt and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes until rice is cooked.
  6. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
