Ingredients
  

Peppers
  • 4 Bell Peppers Any color
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and slice the bell peppers in half, removing the seeds.
  3. Place the peppers cut side up on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until tender.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
