Ingredients
  

Popsicle Base
  • 4 medium peaches halved and pitted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Peaches
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the halved peaches cut-side up on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
Blend the Mixture
  1. Once the peaches are roasted and cooled, blend them with heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Freeze the Popsicles
  1. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
