Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Raspberry Swirl
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Make Raspberry Swirl
  1. In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until raspberries break down.
  2. Strain the mixture to remove seeds and set aside to cool.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the raspberry mixture on top.
  3. Roll the dough tightly and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  4. Let it rise for another 30 minutes, then bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
