Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
  3. Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Before serving, top with whipped cream and lemon zest.
