Ingredients
  

Chicken and Wraps
  • 500 grams chicken breast cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons ras-el-hanout
  • 4 wraps tortilla wraps
Yoghurt Sauce
  • 200 grams yoghurt plain
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Marinate the chicken strips with ras-el-hanout for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
Make the Yoghurt Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yoghurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Mix well until smooth.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Place grilled chicken on the tortilla wraps.
  2. Drizzle with yoghurt sauce and wrap tightly.
