  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup dried red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until hot.
  2. Add the dried red chili flakes and stir for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Let the oil cool before transferring it to a jar for storage.
