Egg Salad
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green onion sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 slices bread for serving

Method
 

Prepare Egg Salad
  1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, celery, green onion, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Assemble Sandwich
  1. Spread the egg salad mixture onto a slice of bread.
