  • 4 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 1 medium lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation
  1. Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the onion and cilantro.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
  3. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
