Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 1 cup Pastina
Liquid
  • 4 cups Water or broth For cooking the pasta
Fat
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or olive oil For flavor
Seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Cooking Pastina
  1. Bring water or broth to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add pastina and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain the pastina using a colander.
  4. Return the pastina to the pot and stir in butter or olive oil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
