Ricotta Balls
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
