Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 400 grams Spaghetti
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 100 grams Black Olives pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Capers drained
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
Making Sauce
  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes, olives, capers, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combining
  1. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Toss to combine.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
